KILCOO graduate Kathryn Mussen has won the Labour Relations Agency award for best dissertation in the Ulster University’s Master of Science in Human Resource Management.
Entitled ‘Analysing the Perception, Reality and Opportunity of Talent Management’, Kathryn proposes the need to view talent management holistically, given that it spans the employment life cycle, from initial attraction and selection of employees, to developing and retaining them.
Her research also revealed the importance of having a leadership team who can embrace change and lead with a positive outlook, in order for organisations to be successful.
