WHILE this match ended in a draw, Seaforde claimed the overall win thanks to securing four wins and a draw from the six games.
On mat one, the Marina rink skipped by Jim McConnell scored two shots on the last end to secure a 5-5 draw with Davy Ball.
Two close games followed, and both would end up as 9-7 home wins, as the rinks of Hugh and Paddy Burns came out win top against Joey Chambers and James Wilson.
After the break, the clash on mat one was once again very tight, with Paddy Burns’ quartet winning the last three games for a 5-3 success over Chambers.
On mat three, Jim McConnell led 8-2 going into the final two ends, but the home rink of Paul Fisher, Joe Kennedy, Marc Crothers and Hugh Burns managed to score a five and a two, stealing the point with a 9-8 win.
With Seaforde appearing to be on course to take the extra two points for the overall, up stepped the away rink of Gillian Wilson, Roy McKibben, Henry McDowell and James Wilson, who fired their side to the overall win with a 12-5 triumph over the Ball four.

THE Dromara players are finding the going tough in the top division, and they were spared no mercy when they made the trip to Killyleagh.
On mat one, Neil Brown and his rink of Donna Raybould, Terry Quinn and Michael Trimby set the tone with their 11-2 win over Michael McGreevy.
The home rink of Philip Woodside, Stevie Brown, Nigel Brown and Tony Ward started with a count of six shots and went on to claim a 13-6 win against Niall McGreevy.
On the next run, the Ward rink once again hit double figures, cruising past Eamon Kelly with a margin of 11-4.
Meghan McCabe and her rink of Eamon Short, David Anderson and Kieran McMullan also started with a six, but were made to work hard afterwards, eventually coming out on top in a 9-5 contest with Michael McGreevy.
The McCabe rink once again scored nine shots, as they doubled up with a 9-3 win over Eamon Kelly, and the match finished off as it had started, with a win for the Brown four, who wrapped up the action with a 5-2 win.

REIGNING champions Spa GC produced a merciless to display to hand newly promoted side Kilmegan a whitewash defeat.
Don McNamara got the visitors off to a flying start on mat one, coming away with an 11-4 victory over Kevin Cassidy.
On the middle mat, Brendan Corrigan lifted four shots on the second end, only for Adam Gilmour and his rink of Malcolm Foreman, Davy Vance and Robin Horner to finish strongly in an 11-5 victory.
Peter Christie needed a mid-game count of six shots to help him to a 10-4 win over Sharon Brown on mat three.
It was much the same in the second half, with the Gilmour making it a double when they raised to an 8-2 success against the home Brown rink.
Once again, it was to be a close call for the Christie quartet, as they just held on for a very close, 5-4 win over Cassidy.
The Spa four of Derek McCann, Cyril Cromie, Paul McNamara and Don McNamara saved the best to last, securing seven shots on the last end in their 12-4 triumph over Corrigan.
