SIR, – Could I take this opportunity through your newspaper to thank Stream Street Residents 

Committee for the kindness they showed towards me after my home was flooded last week.

I also wish to thank the Fire Service whose help was also very much appreciated. 

Thank you also to Anthony Trainor, Liam Quinn and Cadogan Enright and of course my own family. I don’t know what I would have done without you all.
