Fab four dancers twirl to success

FOUR local dancing queens took home plenty of silverware at the World Dance Masters held in Blackpool’s iconic Winter Gardens venue.

Dancesation dancers, who practice on a weekly basis in Owenbeg Bowling Club in Downpatrick, included Macie Gill (11), who danced her way through Newcomer Junior Heats and came home with two medals, one of which was awarded for coming fourth in the Duo’s category with her dance friend Zara Mulholland-Roberts.

Nine year-old Zara was awarded third place in Starter Primary, while Caitlin-Rose Shiels (5) came third in the Tiny Tots category.

And five year-old Amelia-Rose McKinney came eighth in Tiny Tots.

All the girls are already excited to return to the World Dance Masters in 2025 and Dancesation are welcoming new dance students to get in touch to register their interest.
