THE South Eastern Health Trust recently appointed Crossgar woman Roisin Coulter as its Director of Planning, Performance and Informatics.
A qualified children’s nurse with over 20 years’ experience working in health and social care, Roisin succeeds Mr. John Simpson who has retired.
She held a number of positions within children’s and maternity services prior to leading the Trust’s strategic and capital development programme since 2007.
Roisin has responsibility for strategic planning, performance management, commissioning, informatics, capital development and consultation and engagement across the organisation.
She added: “I’m delighted to be taking on this role at a time when our health and social care services are entering a period of significant change.
“I feel privileged to have the opportunity to contribute to improving services for our local population and am committed to working in partnership to ensure that health and social care services meet the needs of our community.”
