THE Mourne Heritage Trust is seeking to recruit a number of new rangers.
The closing date for applications is tomorrow with interviews scheduled to take place next Wednesday, August 24, at 4pm.
Trust officials are looking for suitably qualified people to bolster its team of s-called engagement rangers for the remainder of the current financial year, with the possibility of extension, subject to funding.
The roles will be approximately six-month fixed term contracts depending on start date and can be up to full-time.
However, flexible working patterns are required, with regular evening and weekend work and part-time arrangements can be considered to make up the required complement of staff. It is expected that at least two rangers will be recruited.

Trust officials say they are grateful to the Environment Agency Challenge Fund and Newry, Mourne and Down Council for funding for the additional roles.
